Jillary was born at Alice Springs, and has lived at Ltyentye Apurte for all her life. Jillary has worked at the Keringke art centre several times and has begun to paint on canvas and ceramics with more focus on the stories that she remembers being told by her uncle. The process of painting them helps Jillary remember the stories he told her and the other children of those families.

In 2010 Jillary started working at the Keringke art centre part time, she has attended several interstate conferences representing Keringke.
